Human beings: the jejune being not as evolved from apes as we might believe. It’s amazing that a task as simple as walking can be so complex for some addlepated individuals.
Jackson: I am so happy that someone made a website about Sidewalk Etiquette and all we need to do now is spread the word so that people know whats up on the city streets.
DenverDude: @jackson - I think this is for venting about people who piss you off on the streets. not for praising the website.
Admin - Ryan: Feel free to write anything here.
Angela: I absolutely *HATE* it when moms of two small children use a double wide stroller in the city. One of these days I'm going to tear one of the baby's heads off
Zynora: Damn Angela, a little dramatic are we?
clevercoco88: Why do people feel the need to walk in the middle of the sidewalk?? Like, come on if you are not 4oo lbs. you do not need to use all that space. Then, they have to stroll slowly, because the rest of us really dont have anything else better to do but follow behind some sidewalk hogging douche bag!
missbee: this russian above is linking to porn - is that your intention
Admin - Ryan: @missbee - Trying to find a way to get rid of all this spam. May have to resort to hard to read verification letters.
Donna: I was almost run off the path in Yellowstone Nat'l Park and into the hot water vents by a man who decided to walk in the middle of the path while holding his girlfriend's hand. He knew I was coming but made no move to even give me five inches... I had to jump aside at the last minute. I should have just ran into him if he needed the space that badly
justinzob: Is that a new way? Do you feel a vested interest in my stirring corruption A joke for you peoples! Why do birds fly south for the winter? Because it's too far to walk.

Ray: Found a technique that seems to work when encountering people that are obviously going to walk into you. Couple steps from collision I simply stop. This forces them to make a decision -- either walk into me or go around me (i.e. on the part of sidewalk they should be walking on to begin with). But the choice is solely theirs.
Raven: I don't understand why a mob of friends or a group of people coming down the opposite direction of the sidewalk feel that I need to move, when they're taking up all of the sidewalk already. I hate it!!
Sammy J: In Australia we tend to walk on the left, but there are still lots of people who have no clue. Sometimes you just have to walk into people, just to let them know you're there! Don't be afraid to put in a little shoulder here and there!
